I recently was contacted by Inozyme regarding an Executive role. I met with a recruiter who said she loved my profile and was going to schedule a call with the hiring manager for the following week. When I hadn’t heard from the recruiter early the next week, I reached out to the recruiter to ask if anything was needed from me to schedule the interview. After no response, I continued to reach out multiple times and never received a response. I even requested that if the company decided to go in another direction to please let me know. Poor communication and follow through skills at Inozyme.
