Step 1: was a phone call it only took about 10-15 minutes. She was extremely friendly at the end of the phone call it felt like I was on the phone with a friend. Step 2: was in person we went for coffee next to the office. They made me feel comfortable talking with them, which sold me on wanting to work at Inovia. Right off the back you get a family vibe and that they really care about you and what they do as a company. After I got a tour of the office space. The office was amazing real fun lively place with a spectacular roof top view of the city with a bench and a bbq to hang out at. Step 3: I talked a team member in Paris over facetime. That was about 10 minutes she was very nice. Again I got a fantastic impression about the company Step 4: They called me with my job offer! :)
