Recruiter is very unresponsive, only speaks to me when needing times for next interview. (ignores rest of email chain with questions) Also recruiter won't answer what the round will be about. Went into system design whiteboard round with a senior principal engineer and had no idea we'd be doing that at all (their titles are inflated at this company) Initial call was a 45 minute call with a principal engineer who did not turn his camera on and just started quizzing me. Did not ask about my experience my past projects just random quiz questions. Also ghosted by recruiter at end of process (I assumed this would happen with how their responsiveness was for scheduling)
