There were 3 phone screens before the onsite (1 with HR and 2 with hiring managers). Onsite had 5 scheduled but 4 rounds were taken. Initial 2 to 3 rounds went well(technical and behavioral with director). Then comes 4rth interviewer who was rude and intimidating. He had 8 pages(back to back) sql questions and expected me to complete in an hour. Although I had practiced , I forgot some syntax in the process but interviewer expected me to write the working query. He explicitly said that he was not convinced by my answers. Interview process is to understand the candidates ability to solve the problems and his approach. The whole interview process was like they were looking for a candidate to give answers as they expect instead of listening to how I solved them.

The Interview process was really bad. I was interviewed for the SQL Data Analyst. I had the recruiter call with the HR, And then i had a 30 minutes interview with the Hiring Manager, and then i was scheduled for the Final Interview on Skype for 2 hours with 4 people. I scheduled the date for my final interview but they never called me back, I contacted the HR about 5-6 times and there was no response. It was completely unprofessional and rude for someone who is looking to make a career and willing to spend their valuable time for the interviews. At least they should have responded to my emails. It was a bad experience with this Company.
