Short and to the point, very laid back, managers were very friendly and open to questions I had. Made the atmosphere seem very welcoming, they were both funny. Dressed professionally, but probably could have just worn scrubs.

What is a difficult situation you’ve been in and how did you handle the conflict?
HR phone interview, then a Teams meeting interview. Multi-panel interview process. Doesn't last longer than 30 minutes. Questions about your nursing skills and experiences, background in education and leadership roles.
virtual and peer interview. Not hard. They need nurses. Not a bad place to work, just not get paid well. Good for new grad since it is a teaching hospital.
