Had a phone interview of about 30 minutes internal recruiter who had reached out to me. After passing the phone screen, I was invited in for an in-person interview. On the day of the interview, there was a work-related emergency I needed to tend to. I tried to reschedule my interview as soon I knew I would not make it (several hours before the interview was to take place). For this, they terminated my candidacy for the job. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE, I was angry. l I really could not run off and leave my team hanging on a day when there is a crisis taking place. I am still receiving notifications for jobs at Innovid, and I hope they never reach out to me again.
