2 rounds interviews , many Questions, behavioral, technical, emotionnal intelligence and mangement questions. Around 2_ 4 members in the panel, english and French. One to two hours . It was an over all assessment interview. I have much appreciated it. Was fine!

Application, interview with senior policy associate, case study (take study and translate into ppt and summary), casual interview with country director; the questions were common but remember to explain what an RCTs to a non technical audience
