It was decent process, I spoke with several people from managers to the County Director, however, it is a long process, it can take weeks between stages. This can be discouraging.

It was a phone interview, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. The questions were not difficult, as they were mainly based on a rating scale, which made them easier to understand and respond to without much pressure or overthinking.
