I applied online. About a week later a recruiter reached out to me asking a few questions. I did an assignment which was to prepare a presentation and I had to do a 20 minute logic test. The total time for this was about 2 hours. The following week I then had an interview via video chat with the manager and recruiter, which was also about 2 hours. I was very impressed with the response and speed of the process up until after the interview, where I then was ghosted. Nearly 6 weeks after the interview and no one even bothered to email me to say that I had been rejected. It was a very positive experience with a sudden and extremely negative ending.

It was a phone interview, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. The questions were not difficult, as they were mainly based on a rating scale, which made them easier to understand and respond to without much pressure or overthinking.
