It was a great conversation that went over time. Recruiter was a complete and utter liar telling me she'd pass me to the next round and the manager would setup the next interview if I looked good. I wish they just wouldn't waste 45 minutes of my busy time and instead say "this doesn't seem like a good fit I know this isnt what the hiring manager is looking for" but thank you for your time, what happened to being respectful of people's time?? If you are a good recruiter you know what the hiring manager is looking for. What skills exactly am I lacking since you have my resume and you reached out to me to talk? Please don't tell me how great a fit I'd be and then deny me within 24 hours. It probably was a huge red flag they reached out a few hours after I applied and it looks like most of their online reviews are fake. Be wary of any company that has 500 5 star reviews. Totally fake and reviews are being made by current employees and marketing.
