I found the HR to be quite unprofessional, as they never reply to emails, but called directly without first scheduling an appropriate time, and were unable to provide clear answers to questions regarding job duties. Also, they sent me a link for a background check, but didn't inform me that there was a deadline, and the deadline was very short. This lack of communication and clarity left a poor impression of both the hiring process and the company’s professionalism.
