J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Inktel (Wood Dale, IL) en avr. 2011
Entretien
Very friendly HR; they made the application process relatively simple. I had to go through a phone interview and then do a 1:1 about a week later. Interview consisted of all behavioral questions and IQ test. The management staff were very accommodating during the interview process, and gave me an offer within days.

The whole process was extremely unorganized. I had a first round interview where I was asked to complete a test with brain teasers. The interview was very simple-I was just asked behavioral questions and questions about my background. I was told that I would be moving forward and would have an interview with an executive. I was also asked to complete an Excel Exam, which consisted of 50 questions. The interview with the executive was by far the weirdest interview I had ever been on. I don't even think he was expecting me since I heard the HR manager tell him about the position I was applying for and the type of interview that he should give me. I got asked questions about my family, siblings, and what type of phone I had. None of these questions had anything to do with my ability to perform the job.

Question 1
So tell me about your family. Do you have any siblings? What type of phone do you have? Did you vote?
