There were two rounds of interview, first with local manager for shared service and second round with colleagues in Germany. Each took about 30 minutes and was very casual. All happen within 1 week. Very efficiently done.

Fairly fast interview process. Went through a recruiter had 2 interviews with 4 people. Very laid back interview style, wanted to know about my experience in detail. People seem very happy to work there.
