Great interview, with many tests: logic, specific knowledge, and about general information. I phase was phone test, English conversation test with third party, logic test, and others. Later, an interview with HR, area manager, CI manager, SA CI manager.

The overall process was pretty straightforward. There were three steps, which were: 30-minute phone interview with HR, 30-minute phone interview with plant leaders and a 3-4hour onsite interview.
Everyone I met/spoke to were very friendly and professional.

Extremely disconnected between recruiter & the site… wasn’t sure what unit I was interviewing for, or even who I would be reporting to. Scheduled a 2 hour site tour with multiple people that I was told was very informal & would be an hour long with one person. This was after they said they were drafting me an offer (and I have heard this from others, too)… if sulfur dioxide gives you headaches, stay away from this plant lol

Entretien
Interview process began with a phone interview which included a discussion of the company, the applicant's background and several behavioral questions. Next round of interviewing included three rounds of interviews with a plant tour. The interviews were mostly composed of behavioral/situational questions.
