There was no interview. I literally applied and then went to the store to ask about my application. They sent me an email and I was hired. I went in to present my license, social security card etc and took a drug test. I started within the week and was given uniform on my first day.

Simple and Straightforward! I think it lasted around 20 minutes, and most were based on availability and understanding the company culture, values, and procedures. It felt more like a conversation than anything! The manager was able to tell me lots about his experience and it was really comfortable.
