Applied online through their portal. No response for 6 weeks. Then I had a call screening: What job have you done before that is similar to this? Why do you want this job and what is your 5 year career plan. I was then invited to a group session interview.

We were asked to do a role play scenario of an Employment Advisor working with someone who hasn't worked in a very long time and trying to motivate them back into a job.

Clear, honest and structured. Got to know me and what was important to me. My end goals and how working together would help me reach them. Great interview! Well managed.

Easy, 3 stages and went by quick. The assessments centre was on teams and giving a scenario in a group and how they would handle it. Interviews were face to face a week after and it went well.
