The Infracore interview process, in my experience, was conducted in two main stages. Stage one is generally a recruiter phone screen for initial qualification. The second stage combines technical skills assessment with team and cultural fit evaluation, often conducted in one or more video interviews. In this stage, expect to meet with technical team members, the hiring manager, and potentially a senior leader to discuss your technical background, experience, and overall suitability for the role and company. Expect questions at each stage to be appropriate for that step in the process, from basic screening in stage one to in-depth technical and culture/ team-fit evaluations in stage two. Technically, there is a tertiary step but it would only concern candidates that pass the first two: this step is to assess compensation and potential offer letter.
