Conducting a technical interview in under seven minutes requires extreme efficiency. You can achieve this by testing core logic using simple problems and bypassing manual typing.
Step-by-Step Execution Plan
Dictate the Prompt: Read the problem statement aloud to the candidate immediately.
Reverse a String: Evaluate their understanding of loops, string manipulation, or built-in functions.
Print a Pyramid: Assess their logic regarding nested loops and whitespace management.
Assess Verbally: Have the candidate explain their logic out loud instead of writing production-ready code.
