The Infosys interview process typically involves multiple stages, starting with an online aptitude test that assesses quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and programming skills for technical roles. Shortlisted candidates proceed to a technical interview, where the focus is on problem-solving, programming concepts, and domain-specific knowledge. This is followed by an HR interview to evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. The process aims to ensure candidates have both technical proficiency and the soft skills necessary to thrive in the organization.
