J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Infosys (Chennai) en févr. 2011
Entretien
It was a wholistic interview focussing both on my personality and my technical skills. The panel had 1 manager and 2 technical interviewers. It started off from my engineering subjects and went through the mobile technologies and operating systems. In between there was a core technical java interview. I really felt it as one of the best interviews i have faced.

The interview process is a structured series of steps used to evaluate a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and suitability for a role or opportunity. It typically includes the following stages:
Application Review
The interviewer or hiring team first reviews the candidate’s resume, application, or portfolio to determine whether they meet the basic requirements.
Initial Screening
Often conducted by phone or video, this short conversation confirms key details such as experience, availability, and overall fit. It helps narrow down the candidate pool.
