Good Communication skills (Oral and written).
Good/Average Analytical skills, as this role involves lot of calculations, hence people good at numbers are preferred/encouraged.
Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLA's.
Candidates needs to be flexible with complete night shift.
Freshers - Knowledge of US Healthcare Domain will be added advantage.

1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
