Do an 8 week training, get a certificate after you completed training. Then an interview that goes over what you had learned in training, an offer will be presented. You cannot deny this offer or you owe $4,500 back to them. Not sure about negotiating, have not gone that far yet. Still in the training phase

it was a one day process. i got interviewed via campus placement. Process- In all it had 2 rounds 1st- written( aptitude and English questions were asked) 2nd-> HR interview(or mixed- technical and HR)
