I was contacted by a recruiter. They asked me questions about my background and my technical experience. Since I met their requirements, I was passed on for a technical interview. The provided me a link to their on-line candidate system. I had trouble with cut and paste into the system and it was not very flexible. I loaded in a updated resume and experience into their HR System, yet for the rest of the process no one ever used the information I supplied. They kept e-mailing the 5 year old résumé that was found on the Web that I was originally contacted with. It was a waste of time to use their HR system, and it is clear that their do not use it themselves. The next interview was with 2 people. I was asked the same information as in the first interview with some more technical questions about base Windows technologies such as Active Directory and DNS. A week later I had a 3rd interview with the manager of the account. I was asked the same questions as the 2nd interview. All the interviews were with non-native English speakers via phone or Web conference. The were often hard to understand and I had to often ask them to repeat the questions.
