1.Technical rounds mainly focus on what you did on your current project like transformations n all.
2.Managerial round more of project related and what new you can bring on table if deployed to the project.

After 3 hours i went for first round of interview and later in HR round they were not matching the current offer package itself so i declined and thay said they cant offer that much.
