The interview process was structured and transparent. It began with an initial screening focused on background and motivation, followed by a technical round involving problem-solving and design scenarios. Later stages emphasized communication, collaboration, and situational judgment. The entire process reflected a strong emphasis on both technical depth and cultural alignment. Each interviewer was well-prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and provided space to elaborate on design trade-offs and real-world experiences. Overall, it was an engaging and fair experience.
