I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. After a couple of phone screens (which were basic enough), I was scheduled for a Skype interview. I did pretty well on the Skype. After the Skype interview, I was given an online test I had to finish. I did well on the test and got the offer letter. However, my offer was contingent on getting a public trust security clearance, which I was assured would take 2-3 weeks at most. I submitted all the paperwork on the second day, and it wasn't submitted until a couple of weeks later. I kept following up regularly, even though I was being kept completely in the dark, and they always maintained that everything was going fine and the clearance process was being delayed because of the holiday season. I turned down other offers because they insisted everything was fine and that I was very close to getting the clearance and that I would be onboarding very shortly. After 2 whole months, they told me that the contract they hired me for didn't have the necessary funding and that they couldn't hire me anymore. After more than 2 months. The founder of Infostellar was completely unprofessional about the whole thing. And this isn't an isolated case. I know this happened with at least 3 other developers (according to the recruiter).
My suggestion: Don't apply for a job here and don't bother interviewing with them. They're just going to waste your time with false promises and you're going to be left stranded with no job.
