A non-techincal HR person asked me a couple questions regarding my job application and on Java. A couple of the questions they asked were really open ended (What makes recursion special?) Then asked if I would visit Washington DC for the next interview. Also talked about why I went to the university I am attending.

I applied, and received a phone interview within the next few days. The questions asked were on object-oriented programming, and geared towards Java. I was invited to the on-site a week later, and had a short and simple math test that included some simple probability questions. The last problem was a programming problem on 2D arrays.

Entretien
Phone interview going over resume. Then an in person interview with a stat test and a programming test. Then a range of technical/stat/ and logic questions. Programming question is about counting data into a 2d array. They are big on efficiency. Code should run in no more than O(n), where n is the number of rows in the given table.
Got a rejection letter in the mail. Would have preferred an email.
