Couple questions each on education (what is your goal, college, major etc), clinical/job related experience and describe your responsibilities and roles, then 4 biomedical terminology questions including asking for examples, and then asked for questions I had about the position.
phone interview that asks basic questions you dont need to prepare for.
-what is your highest educational level
-what did you study
-what is your GPA
-do you have any experience that fits for this role
-what are you looking for in a job/work life environment
-why are you looking for a job? (in general: this was a weird question)
then moved on and asked questions that couldve just been included in the applicaiton
-do you need a work sponsorship
-do you have/can you get a security clearance etc
lastly they asked 4 simple bio questions but i couldn't remember the answer to one of them.
Very boring straightforward interview where she read questions off of a list and wrote down my answers to send to the hiring manager, didnt really try to get to know me as a candidate or ask any behavioral questions so I don't really know how they would use this to tell candidates apart.

After I applied online, I got an email within a day asking to set up a phone interview. A brief call with HR asking general questions about my career goals and education, willingness to relocate, etc., and a few easy biomedical questions.
