The interview process took 2+ months with 2 telephone interviews, 1 onsite interview consisting of 5 rounds. Later, it was communicated that there are two more rounds of telephonic interview required. The entire process took about 2+ months. There is no transparency in the entire process. The recruiter only responded about next steps after multiple follow ups and there was no transparency in the process/feedback. Even today I havent heard back from the recruiter about the final decision.
