The interview process was fairly typical/standard. Initial screen by HR, Senior Management phone and in person review of background and skills. I presented a SWOT analysis to Senior Management and my peers. They were very appreciative of an "outside in" view. HR got involved in the finalizing the offer and package. Most of the process was streamlined.
