I applied through an employee referral link. I got an invitation to attend the screening process at Infor office, Hyderabad. They made me attempt an aptitude test, Infor behavioral test. I took a week to announce the results via mail. Then invited me for the Technical and Personal interviews. The overall screening process was great. This is one of the best and quality process that I have ever experienced.

During my interview, the interviewer laughed when I didn’t understand a question, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wasn’t offered the position, and honestly, even if I had been, I wouldn’t have accepted. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this experience left a negative impression.
