Two Step Process Job role was for BA but hired as PO Phone Interview was delayed....Manager was tardy In Person was not a planned interview - seemed liked It tool a long time to get a positive answer, then HR was told to reduce the salary and inform that the role was a mid level role - which it was not when I got hired.
