they called me in for an interview.
group interview, role play (as a customer and a sales assistant, how would you go about helping them etc)
he first was to discuss in our teams an example of good customer service and an example of bad customer service. To be honest, I did not really understand the meaning of this and how it was evaluated, since we actually spoke to each other but I am not sure that the staff could pay attention to 12 people talking at the same time. I enjoyed much better the second requirement which was to explore the shopping floor and find a set of clothes for somebody from the staff and explain afterwards why we chose these particular pieces.

There is no trick questions.
It is a competency based interview so you will be asked Qs such as,why should i hire you?

Was contacted on LinkedIn, had the first interview with a recruiter 30 mins for overall information about the position. 2nd interview with a Manager and a senior technical architect and I had to present a case

To prepare a case where 25 features for a system was available but only 10 could be implemented in 2 waves. 5 in each wave. Deside which to implement and wich to disregard.
smooth and easy and you need to talk in English, you need to have proper knowledge of programming, have a good personality, they are more on java language so be ready and study hard

TR, Manager round, another Manager round. I just feel the worst experience. Even HR told me that I received a great response from Technical Interview. HR told me manager round will happen for 30 minutes but they have wasted my time for 57 minutes where I had my work to do. Manager was very rude. he will say how did you become a developer for not answering one question out of 10 questions. Please don't waste the time. Please respect your peers during the interview.
