took almost the whole hour to get an interviewer to answer online. But when my interviewer did answer she was super nice and willing to answer all my questions. If applying for a work from home position then interview process should be updated. you click a button until someone answer's but it times out every 2 minutes kind of frustrating.

You fill out a basic online application process. After which they send you an email to download to your PC to test your internet speed. If you pass both, they send a simple questionnaire.

Easy process and smooth. I don’t have anything negative to say. Everything was done by email and there was instant communication. I was given an email address if i had any issues or questions.
