Horrible Process. The called me for an in-person interview and it was a mess the moment I entered the premises. First I was told to meet someone, who took an off that day, so I was taken to a room with another employee. Then the senior person came, read my resume and asked me to prepare a fake resume with 7 years worth of experience in Android Development, which would then be forwarded to clients. They also convinced me that they would take care of the interview process by faking it. No technical questions at all, all they were interested in was how I well I could fake my experience and how well I could lie.
