I interviewed for a Research Analyst position at Infotech and the process consisted of three stages: an initial screening, followed by a behavioral interview and a proprietary case interview held on the same day. The case interview was not a traditional consulting-style case and appeared to be specific to Infotech, which made it difficult to prepare for due to the lack of publicly available information. I advanced to the final round and invested significant time and effort into the process. Unfortunately, after the final interview, I was completely ghosted. It has now been over two months with no response despite multiple follow-up emails to individual recruiters as well as a combined follow-up. At a certain point, it becomes clear that the answer is no, but basic communication and a formal rejection are still important and expected. This was particularly disappointing because Infotech was a company I was genuinely excited about and held in high regard prior to the interview process. The lack of closure and professionalism left a very poor impression and ultimately made the entire experience feel like a waste of time.
