Start off with a hundred personality tests followed by interview from human resource manager and manager of department assigned to and finally an assessment. Both managers are very friendly therefore the process was not stressful at all. It was like a conversation and the position I was offered was thoroughly explained to me by the manager. The whole process took roughly three hours to complete.
