This interview was one of the memorable experiences I've had so far in my career. My recruiter was Lefan Chi and she was an absolute pleasure to work with and so was the rest of the team including the hiring manager Brian M. Lefan had an upbeat attitude, was attentive-but not overbearing-and kept me informed on the process every step of the way. The interview itself was organized, punctual, and all of the folks on the panel asked relevant questions pertaining to the role. The technology has wide spread adoption and the company is bound for success. The company culture seems to be fun, accepting of change, and ambitious with a spice of being laidback. It was very difficult for me but ultimately I decided to go with a different opportunity. If my personal circumstances were different I would have definitely joined InfluxData without a doubt.

One of the best interviews I've had. Lefan had been really helpful throughout the whole process, making sure everything was transparent and efficient. Great company, great people, atmosphere of professionalism and respect – but not without fun! Even though I ended up declining the offer, I did it because of the personal reasons – this is a great company to work for.
