First, I had a short phone interview. Afterwards I did a skills assessment. Then I was invited in for an interview with the owner. She asked me a lot of questions about mechanical engineering and some of the projects I have worked on. She asked me where I saw myself in the future. She asked me to build 2 different assemblies following her SOP. I did it and it went well.
