Entretien
I was arranged to see 5 different persons including 3 senior management and 2 technical staff. Majority of the interview was filled with technical discussions. I am glad that we also had opportunities to share and discuss current affairs, life stories and philosophy. I was asked to solve a problem on the white board by the hiring manager, and was pleasantly surprised that he was very helpful and guided me through the thinking process.

The interview process was easy since I had interned for them and they knew my work already. But as for the internship interview it was simple and solid. The interviewer was respectful and understanding.

Entretien
I applied online on their site, then I was asked to go to Ottawa for on-site interview. Interview took place with 5 team members at ottawa,it was really long, the boss was really scary, technical c++ questions mostly on strings.
