The position I applied for was advertised through a third party agency, The recruiter had very little knowledge about the skillset and expertise required for the job. I had professional certificate courses that were particularly tailored for the job I applied for, and the recruiter said the courses were irrelevant. The recruiter arrange and interview without sending a link. I had to remind her that she had not yet sent the link. On the interview time, I had to send her an email reminding her that I was waiting for her to join the meeting. Very unprofessional!!! After investing an hour for the interview, the recruited said she will get back to me in 2 weeks, but did not have the courtesy to get back to me. It was a very frustrating experience.
