Smooth and good. It's important to show your dedication to staying with a company for many years. If you know hardware, it's better than knowing software. 2 stages: tech and behavior. +1 after all nego.
Phone talk + Skype extremely simple coding test. Really enjoyed to talk with head of department. Nice people to talk. Unfortunately, my plans had changed, so I declined further procedures.
