The interview began late. I showed up on time and the people at the reception could not find the responsible interviewers. 10 minutes after the agreed time the interviewer showed. There were supposed to be two people (one from HR and other from the responsible area) but in the end only one was there. When the interviewer described me the position there were many details that were not shown in the ad with the position being more about someone that collected the requirements than someone that developed the technology. (TIP: Before going to the interview make sure it is clear what the position is really about). I did not find in the interviewer the slightest hint of enthusiasm and I felt like continuous hints that either she was not interested in me or she had another person already in mind for the job. Of course the interview also showed a lot of lack of preparation on my side.
