For a Junior position there is a 2-step interview, being the first one with the HR and then a 2nd technical one.
Regarding the java technical interview, it felt accessible and very focused on the fundamentals of OOP and Java per si.
It is a fast-paced interview, splited in a PT and an ENG "section".

2 - How many OOP programming pillars exist, and what are they?
Process composé de 4 entretiens : échange autour du parcours et attentes, case study avec résolution et questions/reponses
Le case study pourrait aller du market sizing à des problématiques liées à l’organisation

Entretien
L'entretien s'est bien déroulé. On a fait les présentations puis on m'a interroger sur des questions techniques. Ensuite, j’ai présenté mon parcours et mes expériences professionnelles. L’échange a été constructif, et l’entretien s’est terminé par une explication des prochaines étapes du recrutement.
