IT Director and HR Manager went over my qualifications and kept the interview light and witty. They made sure that what I they needed from me matched my experience in the field. They also wanted to make sure I was willing to learn new systems. And lastly, they wanted to know where I planned to grow into... whether I intended to stay in IT, or expand to Development or Marketing, etc.
