Video call just one round almost for 20mins got a call back from the Hr in an 1hour offering me the position and tentative offer letter. Then had to go to their head office to sign the contract

What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.

You have to go through a two part virtual interview at first. Usually with a few more candidates. If you “pass” the first two there is one final in-person interview.
