The recruitment consists of 2 rounds: resume screening and interview. The interview is not too difficult, you need to know a bit about Inditex and the brand (Massimo Dutti or Zara) you apply for. The interview checks mostly on your motivation and your fit with the team culture. I got the offer without having any retail experience beforehand.
