J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2016

      Entretien

Quite easy ~~ I sent my CV on a general Inditex interview on Tuesday, after my exams ended the previous Friday. I am a uni student, and after my first year have realised that working during term time is essential for some, but can easily be manipulated to not compromise your education and still make enough dosh to keep you going. I received a phone call two days later, on a No Caller ID number, from the Inditex HQ (London, Bond Street). They asked me to bring my original + copy of passport and a recent CV, printed. They asked me to attend interview, the next day if I was free... Note that they need people who are free and want to work, so don't act like you have a million things to do, and try and attend, even if it is at short notice. This shows real commitment and it will keep the process fluid. I arrive at Inditex half an hour early, so I pop to a nearby shop to grab some water and have a quick browse in Zara. I had been shopping the day before, and had checked outlaw of their brands - defo do this to mention new trends etc across the group. Be early, as first impressions do count. When I arrived (15 mins early) there were 10 people already sat there, so don't worry about being early. You are given a short application form with all the normal info (personal details, next of kin etc) and also the places where they have vacancies. What they told us at the interview was that you shouldn't tick everything - which is very true, as not everywhere with a vacancy is necessarily the best fit for you. They said use a 40-45 min radius across London, and they will basically ask you to prioritise with proximity. Whilst I had more experience working in Central London, they saw that I was more local to the East London area, and therefore priority placed me there. After you have filled this info in (theres time to complete after too) your passport is checked and stamped by the manager and you are led into a bigger meeting room with chairs and a screen. (This reminded me too much of a seminar room at uni!) You are then shown a few videos about Inditex, but defo do some research before. There were people scribbling furiously during the interview, but I personally think its more a consolidation of what you should've researched, prior to attending. They then ask a few questions to the entire group - which some people stayed quiet, but they really want to hear exciting and interesting things, like "what do you know about Inditex?" so apart from they trade in 88 markets with over 7000 stores which is great, there are more interesting things such as the research that Inditex are involved with - or perhaps some of the political decisions the company has taken. I just think you have to stand out a little, and there are really exciting things to talk about. After this, the applications, CV and passport and all put together and they collected them up and piled. Then four Inditex recruitment staff appeared, and sat down for the interviews. All the interviews take place in this seminar-interview room; some people felt uncomfortable, I could so tell, but others didn't mind. I personally think this was better than a dead silent room that probably increases the tension. They called peoples names one by one and had a 5-8 minute chat with them
