First a short Phone interview testing my language skills, then a personal interview.
Some competency based questions and a short written language assessment. The writing task was to write in my language (German) why they should hire me.
Then I was shown around the office and had the opportunity to ask any questions. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Telephone Interview. Was asked a few questions about my previous experience and why I had applied for the role. Was told by the interviewer that they were interviewing other people and she would get back to me.
Shortly after I missed a call and received a voicemail advising that I had passed the telephone interview and to call them back to arrange an interview at their offices.
Well, I made several calls over the proceeding couple of days to try and reach the person. Phone was ringing out and messages were left with her colleagues.
Then, a few days later I received an email from a totally different person advising that I had been unsuccessful. Total waste of time for all concerned. Clearly disorganised and unprofessional company. Looking at the most recent reviews on here I'm glad I never wasted any more time on this company.
