The interview consisted of several conversations - 1:1 with the director and each of the managers, and then a conversation with the staff analysts. It was very helpful to interact with the team and ask candid questions to get a sense of the culture and day-to-day experience at work. The quality of the interview helped me make a confident decision to accept the role.

Was called in with an initial interview with the reporting manager and team leader. Then I was told a little about the position. They did not talk specifics about the position so you will need to ask to get a fill of exactly you will be doing. I was called back for a second interview to meet the team I would be working with.
